Subscriptions

Forge Pro is an auto-renewing subscription managed by Apple. To cancel or manage your subscription, open Forge and go to Profile → Forge Pro → Manage subscription. You can also manage it directly via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

To restore a previous purchase, open Forge and tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen.

Account deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app. Go to Profile → Delete account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Common questions

I'm not receiving the confirmation email. Check your spam folder. If it's not there, tap "Resend confirmation email" on the sign-in screen.

My progress isn't syncing. Make sure you have an active internet connection. Your data syncs automatically when online.

I've lost access to my account. Use the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen, or contact us at forgesupport@fourdimensional.co.uk.
