Forge collects information you provide when creating an account and using the app. This includes your name, email address, date of birth, height, body weight, fitness goals, and experience level. It also includes workout data you log — exercises, sets, reps, weight, and session timestamps.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve Forge. This includes syncing your workouts across devices, powering AI coaching features, and displaying your progress. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.
Forge uses the following third-party services to operate:
Supabase — stores your account and workout data securely in the cloud.
Anthropic — processes workout and profile data to generate AI coaching suggestions and programmes. Data is not retained by Anthropic beyond the request.
RevenueCat — manages subscription purchases. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous user ID and purchase receipt; no personal details are shared.
Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via the Help & Support form in the app.
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Your account is protected by email and password authentication managed by Supabase.
Forge is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use of Forge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
